The classes meet the official national standards for language skills of adult immigrants, in English and in French. For more information, please access: Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) and Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC). In case of attaining the CLB level 4 or higher, in speaking and listening, the given certificate meets the citizenship language requirement. Depending on the location, the classes may also offer: - General language - Basic, intermediate and advanced level - Literacy and language for students with difficulties in reading and writing (in any language) - Advanced level job-specific language skills to support the immigrants to succeed in the Canadian workplace.
